The CyberMentors website uses a social networking model to allow young people at different levels to mentor each other.
If you register on the CyberMentors website, you are given *registered user* status, which means you can talk to a highly-trained young CyberMentor and get help straightaway. Most problems can be sorted out within a few conversations. But if you are really very upset, unhappy or perhaps even feeling you want to hurt yourself, our CyberMentors will refer you directly to an experienced counsellor who will be better able to give you the support you need.
All young CyberMentors are supported by Senior CyberMentors, counsellors and Beatbullying staff and there are some very important things you should know about this website:
